I did everything possible to make this a good experience, but multiple players were so unhelpful that I am not going to take the time to explain. Yes, I realize my situation was complicated, but no call backs and logistics I went through to get this car repaired simply do not warrant any rating above a "one-star". And, if this rating gets published, please do not put the unworthy "we are so sorry for your inconvenience" bot return message. That would be about as helpful as your staff. You simply dropped the ball in every imaginable way. Who cares about specifics, it's clear your dealership would not do anything anyway.
