    The team was awesome, my sales person GG made purchasing our vehicle seamlessl. She made sure that we got the vehicle we were shopping for. She explained all of the features and helped us get set up with the app needed to get the full use of our vehicle. Nick closed the deal for us. He was friendly and professional. He explained every paper I was signing and got us out of there in a timely manner. Over all I give Volkswagen of Macon 5 🌟 and highly recommend them as a place to purchase your next vehicle...

    THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE SERVICE ADVISOR BRIAN AND WHEN MY VEHICLE WOULD BE READY. DID NOT LET ME KNOW WHEN THE CAR WAS READY. I TOOK SHUTTLE AND HE CALLED ME 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE OF THE SHUTTLE STOP TIME AND STATED HE WAS ON HIS WAY WITHOUT SEEING WHEN I COULD LEAVE MY JOB. THE OTHER SERVICE ADVISOR, TONYA, WHO NO LONGER WORKS THERE COMMUNICATED AND WORKED WITH SCHEDULES TO COORINATE THE SHUTTLE. I ALWAYS SCHEDULE SHUTTLE TO PRIOR TO MY WORK AND I STATED I NEEDED THE SHUTTLE SERVICE. I GOT THERE AT 8:15 AND THE SHUTTLE HAD ALREADY LEFT, NORMALLY TONYA WOULD NOT SEND SHUTTLE OUT UNTIL I CAME IN SINCE IT WAS RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD AND I WOULD BE DROPPED OFF BEFORE HE LEFT FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS. SHE HAD A SYSTEM AND KNEW THAT DEPARTMENT VERY WELL. BRIAN WAS RUDE AND HAD A SMART REMARK ABOUT TONYA. AFTER I TOLD HIM I COULD NOT LEAVE BECAUSE HE DIDNT GIVE ME ENOUGH TIME TO HE STATED SHUTTLE STOPS AT 4:30 PM. AND PAUL AND STATES THAT THE SHUTTLE IS A COURTESY AND IT IS NOT UBER.
